It seems that you need to put the web vault build in bitwarden_rs/target/release/web-vault instead of bitwarden_rs/web-vault (otherwise I got the error [2019-01-10 10:06:11][bitwarden_rs][ERROR] Web vault is not found. Please follow the steps in the README to install it)
