Mathijs van Veluw 51a1d641c5 Some small admin updates (#5909) ...

- Some tweaks on the diagnostics layout
- Always show the latest web-vault version also when running in a container
  Users can override the web-vault folder and forget
- Also updated to the latest crates.

Kinda fixes #5908
