Some small admin js/css updates (#6501)

* Some small admin js/css updates

- Updated JS libraries
- Fixed some eslint errors
- Small update on the theme icon's to be a bit smaller and better sized.
  Used OXVG via OXVGUI to shrink and optimze them.

Probably Fixes #6493
